Charity program of art therapy classes for military personnel and veterans

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" together with the MRC "Pushcha-Vodytsia" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine implemented a charitable program of art therapy classes aimed at psychological support of military personnel and veterans using art therapy methods. The program was developed as a set of practical art therapy techniques that help reduce anxiety, process internal experiences, restore psycho-emotional state and activate personal resources.

During the classes, participants mastered creative techniques that contribute to emotional stabilization, development of self-regulation skills and psychological adaptation after traumatic events. Art therapy practices were aimed at supporting the process of reintegration of military personnel and veterans into everyday life, strengthening their psychological resilience and improving the quality of life.
