Public Offer

This public offer is the official proposal of the NGO “Genofond Natsii” (the “Organization”) to an unlimited number of persons to conclude an agreement on a voluntary charitable donation to the statutory activities of the Organization.

2. Subject

The donor voluntarily transfers funds (a charitable donation) to the Organization for its statutory goals: training and professional development of psychologists, conferences, seminars and supervisions, development of methodologies and psychological support projects, including “Toy Therapy Room”.

3. Purpose, amount and term

The fundraising is ongoing and open-ended. The estimated amount depends on current programs and needs. Funds are used throughout the year across the Organization's activities.

4. Payment procedure

Donations are made online via the LiqPay service (PrivatBank) — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or by bank transfer using the details on the “Support the Center” page. The donor sets the amount.

5. Redistribution of funds

If a project is completed, closed, becomes irrelevant or funds remain unused, the donor consents to directing such funds to other statutory projects and activities of the Organization.

6. Refunds

The charitable donation is voluntary and non-refundable. By donating, the donor confirms that the amount is not subject to return.

7. Privacy

The donor's personal data is processed solely to complete the payment and is not shared with third parties, except the LiqPay payment service for processing the transaction.

8. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer is made by ticking the consent box and completing the payment. By donating, the donor confirms that they have read and fully agree to the terms.
