Participation in crisis stabilization training for security sector professionals

Representatives of the NGO "Genofond of the Nation" took part in a professional training for specialists of mental health services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The event was dedicated to modern approaches to psychological support of military personnel and security sector workers who work in conditions of prolonged stress and crisis situations.

They got acquainted with the theoretical principles of crisis psychological assistance and practiced practical techniques for stabilizing a person's emotional state. The knowledge and skills gained will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of psychological support for the defenders of Ukraine and developing professional competencies of specialists in the field of mental health.
