Art therapy event "Christmas Miracle"

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" held an art therapy event "Christmas Miracle", aimed at psycho-emotional recovery, strengthening internal resources and creating an atmosphere of support on the eve of the Christmas holidays. The program was built on a combination of game, creative and team practices that help reduce emotional tension and activate the resource state.

Participants joined a thematic quest, interactive tasks, a quiz and team activities that helped develop interaction, creativity, a sense of unity and self-confidence. The event created a safe space for positive communication, restoring emotional balance and forming psychological resilience, which is especially important in conditions of prolonged stress.
