Methodological seminar "Soft power: The PANDA archetype as a symbol of stability and peace"

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" held a methodological seminar dedicated to the use of the image of a panda as a therapeutic symbol in psychological work with children. The methodology is based on a combination of archetypal symbolism, animal behavior features and play therapy, which helps children safely experience complex emotions, form a sense of security, inner balance and psychological resilience.

During the seminar, participants explored the symbolic meaning of the image of a panda in the context of Jungian psychology and the concept of yin-yang, became familiar with the use of the biological features of the animal as therapeutic metaphors and mastered ready-made algorithms for using the toy in psychological support of children. The event combined theoretical knowledge with practical work protocols that can be used by psychologists, psychotherapists, teachers, social workers and parents to support children in conditions of prolonged stress and the consequences of war.
