Art therapy master class "Mask of your dreams"

The NGO “Genofond of the Nation” together with the National Center “Ukrainian House” held an art therapy master class “Mask of Your Dream”. The event was dedicated to exploring one’s own identity, internal resources, needs and ways of self-expression through the creative process.

During the work, participants used art therapy techniques to create symbolic images that helped them to understand their own experiences, reduce emotional tension and safely explore different aspects of their personality. The practice contributed to the restoration of psycho-emotional resources, the development of self-reflection and internal resilience. Both people who needed psychological support and psychologists who had the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of the technique on their own experience joined the participation.
