Art therapy master class "Guardian Angel"

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" together with the National Center "Ukrainian House" held an art therapy master class "Angel-amulet". The practice was dedicated to creating a symbol of protection, inner support and hope, which are especially important in conditions of prolonged stress and uncertainty.

Through the creative process, participants explored their own internal resources, reduced the level of emotional tension and restored a sense of security. The art therapy technique contributed to improving the psycho-emotional state, activating positive experiences and strengthening psychological resilience, which was confirmed by the participants' feedback after the event.
