Training course "TF-CBT 2.0 with ACT elements"

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" conducted the second stream of the training course "TF-CBT 2.0 with elements of ACT", dedicated to modern methods of psychological assistance to people who have experienced traumatic war experiences. The course was aimed at psychologists and psychotherapists who work with military personnel, veterans, their family members and the civilian population.

Participants mastered practical tools of trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) with elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). The program covered work with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, grief, suicidal risks and other consequences of psychological trauma. The training combined face-to-face and online modules, supervisory support and practical training of techniques, which allowed participants to integrate the acquired knowledge into their own professional activities.
