Training course in Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" conducted a training course for psychologists and psychotherapists, dedicated to the application of trauma-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques in working with military personnel, veterans and the general public. The training was aimed at expanding the professional tools of specialists who provide psychological assistance to people with combat and traumatic experience.

The participants mastered modern approaches to working with psychological trauma, practiced practical techniques and analyzed their application in clinical cases. The main emphasis of the course was on the development of practical skills necessary for effective psychological support of military personnel and veterans.
