Methodological seminar "Toy Therapy Room - War Experience"

The NGO "Genofond of the Nation" held a two-day methodological seminar "Toy Therapy Room - War Experience" for psychologists, teachers and other specialists working with children who have survived the consequences of war. The event was dedicated to the use of toy therapy as a modern psychological tool for supporting children, overcoming the consequences of traumatic experiences and promoting their emotional recovery.

The participants got acquainted with the practice of working in a therapeutic toy room, modern approaches to child trauma, neuropsychology, fairy tale therapy, sensory-motor development, psychological support for children with special educational needs and the impact of stress on child development. The seminar combined theoretical knowledge, practical cases and professional exchange of experience, which allowed specialists to expand their own tools for working with children in war conditions.
